Is the groom's family still responsible for the rehearsal dinner?
The rehearsal dinner can hold as many time-honored traditions as a wedding, but it doesn’t always have to. While the groom’s parents typically plan and pay for the dinner, nowadays it is not unheard of for couples to foot the bill themselves, or for both sets of parents to split the costs — or for another member of the wedding party to treat.
