The Morehead Inn
Located in Charlotte’s historic Dilworth neighborhood, the Morehead Inn was built in 1917 by a businessman re-creating the Western Pennsylvania home of his beloved wife. The gentrified Colonial Revival detailing and green tiled roof, along with the sumptuous adjacent gardens, are what makes this iconic fixture of one Charlotte’s most beloved and beautiful neighborhoods so appealing.

The VanLandingham Estate
Three miles from uptown, and yet worlds away, a distinctive California-style bungalow sits on five acres of land in the historic Midwood neighborhood of Charlotte. Built in 1913 by a wealthy cotton industry magnate and his wife to use mainly for entertaining, the VanLandingham Estate includes Harwood Home, The Carriage House, The Ocular Greenhouse, and the oldest premier gardens in Mecklenburg County. The Estate accommodates groups of 2 to 1,200.
