Real People. Real Weddings. Really beautiful pictures.
Catch Light Studio begins your photographic journey by defining your needs as the bride and groom, and finishes it with pictures that will leave you breathless. Whether you are looking only for wedding day photography, or you need a wedding package that includes bridal portraits, engagement pictures, the bachelor/bachelorette party, the rehearsal, or more, Catch Light Studio will be there for you — and will even travel for your destination wedding!
With over 12 years in business, husband and wife team, George & Lynne Lainis, and the expert photographers at Catch Light Studio use a combination of traditional style-photos and photojournalism to capture your special day one memory at a time.
While anyone with a camera can take a picture, George Lainis and his team use photography to tell a story. Each snapshot offers insight into the personality of the couple, their family and friends, and the special event. “We try to capture the realism of the day,” he says.
Being happy with your wedding photos should start well before the “I do.”
“Being at ease with the photographer plays a big factor in how your photos will turn out. When you’re relaxed your smile is genuine, and it shows in the pictures!” says Lainis.
Experience is equally important. He advises reviewing the photographer’s work and talking with past and present clients.
Every couple has the option of adding an assistant photographer so two artists with unique perspectives can capture all the happenings of the big day. He and his staff try to be everywhere at one time, but understand how to stay out of the way, and let you and your guests enjoy the moment.
“Every wedding is different,” adds Lainis. “I enjoy learning about the families that are coming together. Being part of that amazing day and capturing some of the most joyful times a family can share is a genuine privilege.” Lainis often reunites with a bride and groom long after the wedding, taking pictures of their children, and many other family moments they wish to capture for years to come.
So, how does Lainis measure the success of his work? Simply put, he says satisfied clients are the key. “I want you to be amazed.”
